Albany Tomorrow’s team of renowned, experienced designers and respected developers are hard at work on a downtown redevelopment initiative to allow Albany to reclaim the core of the city, unify the entire community, and generate thousands of jobs.  The Albany Downtown Riverfront Master Plan calls for new construction and restoration, expansion and rehabilitation of existing structures.  It involves a mix of commercial, institution, recreational and residential projects.  Each component is vital to the overall success of downtown redevelopment.
